Ray Duggan, of Duggan Builders, chose TW Beck Architects to design a commercial, multi-use building on a lot he purchased in 2002. He wanted some commercial storage for his construction business. Not only did he want additional leasable commercial space, but he also wanted to incorporate residential units.
The design by TW Beck Architects provides two residential units on the upper level. One of the two is Duggan’s office/apartment. The lower level is designed with a storage unit for Duggan’s construction business, as well as two leasable commercial spaces. Stucco is utilized on the exterior for reduced maintenance.
